How do I get an invite?
Start building, and when we ask for your invite code, choose to ask for an invite instead. Everything you typed is kept with your request. You can also ask on our contact page. When your invite arrives, sign up with the same email address and your answers will be waiting.
What does it cost?
Every new account starts with a free trial of 7 days and $20 of AI credit. After that you can move to a plan: the prices are on the pricing page. During the private beta, plans are by request and no card is taken.
What is AI credit?
AI credit pays for the work the AI does on your site: building it, and the changes you ask for in chat. It is counted in dollars, and your account page shows what is left. Every new account starts with $20. Starter adds $20 of AI credit each month. Unused credit does not roll over to the next month. If you run low, ask us for more from your account page.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. You can still sign in and see everything, but you cannot make changes, and your site's public link goes offline until you move to a plan.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Starter plan and above. Your dashboard walks you through it: you add a record where you bought the domain, and we set up the secure certificate for you.
What happens to what I type?
We keep it, so we can build your site and make EZ Sites better. Please leave out patient or client health information. If you would like your answers deleted, ask us on the contact page.
